1. 7-Day Return Window
Customers may request a return, replacement, or store credit within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Change of Mind Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or wish to return the product for any reason, you may request a return within the 7-day window.
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refund / Store Credit (Coupon Code) will be issued
- Coupon can be used for future purchases on our website
Conditions:
- The product must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging must be intact
- If any Shipping charges, non-refundable
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
3. Replacement Policy
We offer free replacement under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged upon arrival
- The product is defective
- The product has size or fit issues
Once the request is approved, the replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.
For damaged or defective items, customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Refund Policy
As a standard practice, we provide Store Credit instead of monetary refunds.
However, in exceptional cases, a direct refund may be approved at the sole discretion of our support team. Refund approvals are based on:
- Product condition upon return
- Reason for the request
- Verification of the reported issue
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Non-Eligible Return Cases
Return or replacement requests may not be accepted in the following situations:
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery
- Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging
- Lack of valid proof (images/videos) for damaged or defective claims
- Incorrect or incomplete return details provided
6. Return Shipping
- For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges
- For damaged or defective products, replacement shipping will be provided free of cost
